Territory expansion, growth strategy.
Contributed, designed and defined strategies to substantially impact the growth of a Spanish leading Metal Recycling company, through the creation of a supplier network for metal content recycled residues. We collaborated with this company for 9 years.(2012-2021). This project was on a global level, affecting Europe, Scandinavia, UK, USA and Asia.

Key Account Management
Definition and hands-on customer fidelization for long term collaboration, negotiation with global players in the aluminium and copper smelting multinational companies. Supported the Sales and Purchase Departments by defining, fidelazing a sustainable network of targeted clients and suppliers. We supported this client for 4 years from 2017 to 2021.

Business Development and Team Trainings.
Defined and developed marketing and strategic tools for 17 Sales Teams across 9 territories (2022–2025). This included lead generation systems, tailored strategies for each lead, and the design of marketing brochures. Conducted both on-site and online workshops and training sessions for all Sales Groups, significantly improving performance results. As a result, 25 new clients were acquired in the first year, followed by 19 and 22 in the second and third years, respectively.
